Create password-protected share links with expiry dates and view limits for sensitive screenshots.
Click on any screenshot to open the detail view, then click the 'Share' button in the top-right corner. You can share both private and public screenshots.
Set a password, choose an expiry date, and optionally limit the number of views. All settings are optional but recommended for sensitive content. Expiry dates can be set from 1 hour to 1 year.
Click 'Create Share Link' to generate a unique, secure URL. Copy the link to share with others. The link includes a unique token that can't be guessed.
View all active share links from the screenshot detail page. You can revoke access or update settings at any time. Revoked links immediately stop working.
Use strong passwords (8+ characters with mix of letters, numbers, symbols) for sensitive screenshots
Set expiry dates 1-2 days before you actually need them to expire for time-sensitive content
Check view counts daily for shared links to see if recipients have accessed them
Create separate share links with different passwords for different recipients of the same screenshot
Revoke old share links immediately after they're no longer needed to maintain security
Use view limits (like 1-3 views) for one-time shares to prevent unauthorized access
